Toxicogenomic and pharmacogenomic evaluations within clinical studies are of increasing importance. Congenics will aid in the study design, organize the sample logistics and analyze the samples according to the highest standards. Current activities include a project in which a panel of genes that define the detoxification capacity of the liver is studied in patients suffering from conditions induced by environmental hazards.
Classical clinical studies (Phases I to IV) can be performed in collaboration with a network of medical specialists. Congenics is specialized in studies with ambulatory patients. Current activities include a project in which Congenics is involved in the confirmation of a new disease marker and a phase III study.
